Hello. I am Mr. Usuki, the president of NFC.
NFC has established overseas investment funds in countries, regions, and themes where future growth is expected, through a joint GP approach with partners who have extensive networks and excellent track records in fund investment activities in their respective countries.
We have established funds in India, China, Africa, and the Middle East as “countries” and “regions” where future growth is expected. We are also launching funds targeting Silicon Valley in the U.S., Australia, Scandinavia, Europe, Russia, Israel, etc., based on keywords for future global investment, such as “next-generation technology,” “clean tech,” and “SDGs,” which are related to global innovation as “themes” expected to grow in the future.
In addition to soliciting investors for these funds on a global basis, NFC is also soliciting investors for the Fund of Funds, which incorporates funds launched by NFC as joint GPs in various countries, and is providing a variety of all alternative investment products.
At the same time as establishing funds with leading partners around the world, NFC is working to build an innovation ecosystem at the laboratory level with leading universities in each country to enable access to the world’s most advanced technologies in order to capture global innovation at an early stage.
With the basic concept of “a new platform for creating the future globally”, NFC is working on “establishing a global investment fund” and “building a global innovation ecosystem”, and would like to create a new platform through the fund business together with global investors and global business companies.
