On April 1, 2022, New Frontier Capital Hong Kong Limited (“NFC Hong Kong”) signed a non-exclusive Strategic Partnership Agreement with Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd (“Mizuho Securities”).
NFC Hong Kong has been expanding its fund business globally through a joint partnership with leading local partners in each country while establishing an ecosystem for “next generation technology” & “innovation” through alliances with leading universities around the world. NFC Hong Kong has an extensive network of deals and information based on its existing global fund business. Mizuho Securities, on the other hand, as one of the largest financial institutions in Japan, has a broad client base of Japanese and global corporations and financial institutions.
The two companies have agreed to mutually collaborate by leveraging its respective strengths. By signing the Strategic Partnership Agreement, NFC Hong Kong will be able to access Mizuho Securities’ extensive client base, and Mizuho Securities will be able to provide information to its clients, in addition to cooperating on specific transactions.
